POLLEX-LC Software GmbH is the developer of the business software POLLEX-LC TaskCenter (ERP/CRM/DMS), which is successfully in use in many companies and industries. Both in terms of technical performance (quality certificate from the University of Münster) and in several customer satisfaction studies (i2s), the flexible business software POLLEX-LC is at the forefront.
Recently, the electronic signature of documents directly from the software is possible. Typical applications are e.g. repair orders, loaner orders, the issue of goods by delivery notes, order confirmations, consents to data processing according to the new GDPR as well as the confirmation of customer data.
© signotec GmbH Show in original size 495 KB - 800 x 568 For electronic signatures, the document is sent directly from the POLLEX-LC versions "LC-Classic" and "LC-TaskCenter" to the signature pad signotec Delta with a mouse click. On its 10.1 " colour display, the documents are displayed in their original width and can be comfortably and clearly checked. By pen input, the document is signed directly on the signotec signature pad. The modern ERT sensor guarantees a realistic signature including all evidence keeping features. The signed document is then automatically sent back to POLLEX-LC and accepted and further processed depending on the configuration. The POLLEX-LC document explorer, the POLLEX-LC DMS or an external document management system can be used as an automatic storage. The assignment to the original document is automatic. If required, the signed document can also be printed directly.
For integration, POLLEX-LC has relied on the established signotec technologies. With the help of the free "signoPAD-API" as well as some components of the "signoAPI" an advanced electronic signature has been seamlessly integrated into the existing processes. In this way, electronically signed documents enable legally compliant and sustainable proof of all processes.
