- Which software is used
- Version number
- Exact error description
- Possible log files
- Guide to reproducing the error
The easiest way to bundle this information is to use the support contact form on our website. The form is used to generate your personal support ticket in our system, whereupon an employee can quickly and easily take care of your error.

As a customer without an active software maintenance contract (AMS), you receive telephone support via the support hotline, which is subject to a fee, as well as free support by e-mail, whereby the processing of queries is classified as being of low urgency (compared to software maintenance customers).
*The call costs you 2,50 EUR per minute incl. VAT from the German landline network. Please note that the hotline can not be reached via mobile phone or from abroad. |
