Repair and spare parts service
In spite of the very high quality standards and strict final device tests during production, technical defects or signs of wear can occur. Due to the completely in-house production signotec has unique possibilities to repair devices.
In our own repair workshop, all signotec devices can be supplied with spare parts and repaired quickly - at a fraction of their original value and even after the warranty period has expired.
On the one hand, these repair options offer investment security and, on the other hand, many ecological added values - an absolute plus, especially in view of the increasingly pronounced "throwaway society".
The long-term availability of spare and wear parts is also part of signotec's overall package.
A repair notification (RMA) is very simple and transparent via the form on the website.
